Order Processing
Your orders will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday or on the weekends will not be processed until Monday. Once the order has been shipped, please note that we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Domestic Shipping
First pair of boots are charged at $20 for Standard Shipping. When more than one item is purchased, carrier based rates are applicable depending on the weight and shipping address. You can estimate shipping and taxes in your shopping cart before check out.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 30 days of order receipt. We do have a $20 fee on returns.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address for all orders.
Standard Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery depending on shipping address, as we ship from Dallas, Texas.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays and no weekend delivery option is available at this time. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (CST).
International Shipping
We offer International Shipping via UPS Worldwide Express, except for Japan & China. The cost will depend on the weight and the destination country.
You can get a shipping estimate in your shopping cart by entering your delivery address.
Please note that Yippee Ki Yay is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applicable on international shipments. We are also not responsible for any loss or damages caused when shipping internationally. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any custom, duties and/or taxes on all international orders, the rates for which are subject to the item bought and the policy governing imports in your home country. All international purchases are final.
Signature Required
All orders over $100 placed & shipped from yippeekiyayboots.com require a signature upon receipt.

FAQs
How do I find my correct size?
Our boots in general run true to size. However the style and silhouette of the boot also dictates the exact fit and may vary at times, making any given style a half size larger or smaller. If you run between sizes we recommend going with the larger of two sizes. It is much easier to make a larger size smaller with use of an insert or thicker athletic sock.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. There is a $20 return and exchange fee. All products must be in new unworn condition in their original packaging. A pre-paid return label is always included with your order within US, except Hawaii & Alaska. Exceptions apply to items on Final Sale where no returns/exchanges are accepted. All International orders are final sale and not eligible for return. What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges of unworn items in original conditions are accepted within 30 days of receipt. There is a $20 return and exchange fee.
