PURCHASING E- GIFT CARD

  • E-gift cards can be ordered from $50 to up to $1000. 

  • Once purchased, the receiver will receive an email with the gift-card number.

  • You, as the sender, will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received and once the e-gift card has been delivered to the receiver. 

  • A gift card cannot be purchased using another gift card.

  • No sales tax is charged on the purchase of an e-gift card.

  • No discount code is valid on the gift-card purchase. 

  • E-gift cards bought from yippeekiyayboots.com can only be used at yippeekiyayboots.com and it is not valid with any of our retail partners. 

  • All gift card purchases are final sale.

REDEEMING E- GIFT CARD

  • All E-gift cards received via yippeekiyayboots.com are redeemable at yippeekiyayboots.com only. 

  • All E-Gift cards should be redeemed within 5 years of the day of purchase.

  • To redeem the gift card, simply enter the gift card code during checkout.

  • You can always check your gift card balance at check out.

  • Sales tax may be applicable on purchases made with gift cards.

  • If the value of the gift card does not cover the order total, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid form of payment.

  • If the value of the gift card exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will be available in the same card for future use. 

  • Gift Cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable and  cannot be redeemed for cash to the extent required by law.

FAQs

How do I find my correct size?

Our boots in general run true to size. However the style and silhouette of the boot also dictates the exact fit and may vary at times, making any given style a half size larger or smaller. If you run between sizes we recommend going with the larger of two sizes. It is much easier to make a larger size smaller with use of an insert or thicker athletic sock.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. There is a $20 return and exchange fee. All products must be in new unworn condition in their original packaging. A pre-paid return label is always included with your order within US, except Hawaii & Alaska. Exceptions apply to items on Final Sale where no returns/exchanges are accepted. All International orders are final sale and not eligible for return. What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges of unworn items in original conditions are accepted within 30 days of receipt. There is a $20 return and exchange fee. When will my order ship?
